Musée de la Genrdarmerie
The history of the Gendarmerie Nationale is closely linked to the history of France. This museum proposes to discover the history of this institution of origins in 1339 with the creation of the Marechaussée to the present day.
Created in 1946, it is necessary to reach 1978 so that the Museum of the Gendarmerie Nationale is officially inaugurated. The museum closed its doors for works in 2007. After obtaining the label Musée de France in 2011, this one reopened its doors on 10 October 2015.

Open from Monday to Sunday except Tuesdays
October 1 to March 31 from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm
April 1 to September 30 from 10 am to 6 pm.
