MOULIN DE DOSCHES

Designed and realized by the association of windmills in Champagne, the site was inaugurated in 2007, with the help of the commune of Dosches, the regional natural park of the Forest of Orient and local authorities.

The objective was to rebuild a windmill on a pivot similar to the 140 mills of this type that stood in the 18th century in the Aube and located at the fringes of two natural entities, chalky champagne and wet champagne.

During the school holidays : Workshops making of windmill on reservation on the opening days of the mill (2h30) from 6 years. Price: 15 € / children and 3 € for accompanying persons for admission to the mill.
