Moulin de la Cravenco

Le Moulin de la Cravenco, the Cravenco means "Fille de la Crau" in the Provençale. Founded in 1928 and taken over in 1963 by several families of olive growers. The Mill (SICA Oléicole of the Valley of Baux) federates more than 600 small local Olive growers and produces of the olive oil Bio, AOP Valley of Baux, AOC Provence and Oil of France. The mill is also a confectionery that produces and offers the whole range of olives from France as well as AOP olives.

Visit with historical and architectural comments on the aqueduct and the Roman milling as well as on the organic olive grove. The rest of the visit will be 3km away, at the mill La Cravenco with the guided tour of the mill.

To finish, a tasting of oils and olives will be offered
