Founded in 1890 by Emile Pernot in Pontarlier, the distillery "Les Fils d'Emile Pernot" is located at the foot of the castle of Joux where it enjoys an exceptional location.
You will find of course the absinthe, still distilled today according to ancestral recipes, but also liqueurs, eaux de vie and Old Pontarlier (aperitif made from green anise, accompanied by a dozen aromatic plants And medicinal, distilled in copper stills).
During the visit, discover the functioning of the stills and the history of the absinthe, and then witness the bottling. Finally, taste the local specialties.
