Coopérative Fruitière du Val d’Arly

Fromage savoie

The fruit cooperative of Val d'Arly is located in Flumet, Savoie, at the crossroads of the two Savoyard departments.

Created in 1969, it employs more than 50 employees and collects milk daily from 70 producers in the Cluses basin in the canton of Faverges, via Megève and the Val d'Arly. This milk is used in the manufacture of many products such as the Reblochon de Savoie and the Beaufort PDO, the Tomme and the Raclette de Savoie IGP and the yogurts and white cheeses "The fresh altitude! ".

We have opened a cultural space where we offer guided tours for all groups (schoolchildren, seniors, CE ...) in order to present the various trades revolving around milk, the constraints of AOPs ... The visit continues with the viewing of Carnet Trip in 3D shot in the Val d'Arly and tasting our products.
