Create in 1957, La Cave des Vignerons de Pfaffenheim holds a feat which distinguishes it with the Agricultural Open Competition from Paris.

La Cave des Vignerons de Pfaffenheim has a specificity, a main policy to guarantee the quality of the wines which it represents: she works only with growers guaranteeing a harvest of the bunches to the hand. The growers who compose the cooperative have had to also work while innovating unceasingly, in order to obtain products of more top quality and this, for more than sixty years.
