Created in 1998 by Sébastien Blaquière, the Brasserie d'Olt combines authenticity and creativity.

Attached to its region and its environment, the brewery claims the naturalness of its products as well as its quality raw materials. Its traditional beers and flavored organic sodas have already attracted many enthusiasts. The Brasserie d'Olt also offers American-inspired beers and an Occitan beer, the Sabetz Leu. Recently, Sébastien Blaquière has teamed up with designer Philippe Starck (who designed the bottle) to create an organic beer with a fine and creamy foam, characterized by a beautiful, balanced and persistent bitterness: the S + ARCK. A range of organic sodas and cola with natural plant extracts and fruit sugar complete the offer.
