ELEVAGE D'OIES FOIE GRAS MANICOT
Since 1974, we continue in Saintonge the tradition of breeding and cooking geese. This know-how of family comes to us from Landes, native region of our mother.
The food (a mixture of cereals grown in our fields), the breeding, the gavage and the cooking of the geese are entirely made on the farm. We guarantee you the quality and origin of our specialties. Respectful of traditions, we are also very attentive to the "way of producing" and respect for the environment. - renewable energies, timber buildings, short-chain production, consigned jars, packaging of renewable materials.
Paul and Vincent Manicot will make you discover their farm "from the field to the kitchen" during a guided tour which will end with a tasting of the specialties.
