Be a guest of the Camembert Museum in Vimoutiers to discover all the steps required to produce a real Camembert from Normandy AOP along with the history of its famous founder, Marie Harel. The museum is nestled in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, having in its possession a unique collection of camembert labels that allows us to trace not only the history of this cheese but also the history itself, whether it be through countries, cultures or centuries.

You will also have the opportunity to participate at a tasting and enjoy the flavours of our region: Camembert AOP, Livarot AOP, Pont l'Evêque AOP, farm Pavé d'Auge, organic cider, organic apple juice. Volunteers who are passionate about their homeland will guide you throughout the visit.
