Installed in an old 17th century residence in the Gâvre city heart, "Le Musée Benoist/ Maison de la Forêt" is at the same time a museum and an interpretation center. This museographic space of 400m ² is distributed on 2 levels and presents at the same time the natural heritage, cultural and history of the Gâvre Forest and the région. A part of furniture is interactive and is particularly well adapted to a family public.

Association also proposes animations and visits with accompanying notes in Forest and its accesses on various topics such as biodiversity, mushrooms, sylviculture, Channel from Nantes to Brest…
