Musée de l'Artisanat de Brebotte

Le Musée de l'Artisanat presents the image of a human community in its cultural and economic social context. This farm of 19th whose main building comes from Boron, testifies to the typical architecture of the rural house of the Southern Territory of Belfort. In this small village of rural Sundgau, the museum, by its collections, evokes know-how in the process of disappearance and illustrates in the home the daily newspaper of our ancestors. In the main building of this imposing masonry, is sheltered a series of parts, where time stops, and leaves to the visitor the leisure be plunged in the life of yesteryear, the poellat transformed into part of reception, the kitchen, the workshop of the shoe-maker or the “pacouse” transformed into workshop of the raw subsidiary shell.
