En Morbihan l'ostréiculture a un nom HUITRES HENRY
5th generation on the paternal side, 3rd on the maternal side, Renan and Katia HENRY are happy to invite you to discover a place full of history, the history of breton and Morbihan oyster farming ! Located on several sites in Brittany, it is on the River Crac'h that the oyster farmer decided to create a site entirely dedicated to the discovery of this craft, a building of 800 m² on 2.5 hectares at the water's edge Luffang in Crac'h. The production of oysters is explained in detail from birth to plate. At the end of the visit (30 '45' 60 '), on a platform above the fish tanks, visitors can taste our production in a room (250 m²) comfortable and air-conditioned and set off with some seafood products.
