L.A.C Lieu d'Art Contemporain

L.A.C occupies a privileged geographical position, located at the intersection of two axes punctuated by cities marked by the presence of Contemporary Art: The Bordeaux axis, Toulouse and the Nimes axis, Château de Jau, Ceret, Barcelona.

It is home to one of the most unexpected exhibitions in the region, an immense and ancient wine cellar that the Dutch painter Piet Moget and his daughter Layla have completely transformed to welcome the works of contemporary artists. The place bathed in a wonderful light, total about 2000 square meters and is spread over two levels. It is a space that combines the necessary analysis with the enhancement of works of art with the charm of vestiges of viticulture; Some vats have become small exhibition rooms suitable for drawings and more confidential works.
