La Fruitière de Colpo
Created in 1870 by the LE FLAHER family, La Fruitière de Colpo is known for its ancestral know-how in the production of fruit-based artisan products.
Established in the south of Brittany for generations, La Fruitière transforms fruits, mainly in jams, but also into fruit pastes, coulis, sorbets, syrups etc. All our products are made in the old fashion in boilers with double bottom , Where the steam circulates under pressure, the whole open sky, as our grandmothers did.
The establishment includes a production workshop, storage areas, as well as a 130m2 shop. We offer a guided tour of the company, a demonstration of making a jam, then tasting and passage in shop. Each person leaves with a pot of jam of 140g of his choice.
Rates
The exhibition during generally 30 minutes and we count 1 hour for the whole of the service. Price : 3 euros / person.

Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to noon and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
