Since 1985, we produce duck foie gras and goose foie gras in the respect of Alsatian traditions.

We are at the same time breeder, giver and transformer, which allows us to guarantee the quality of our products.

We supplement this activity by raising poultry (turkeys, chickens, christmas cock ...), as well as an herd of sheep composed of 100 sheep.

We organize every Friday, a farmers' market with a market gardener, wood-fired bread, Alsace honey, goat cheese, and a seamstress.
