Eyrignac et ses jardins

Eyrignac et ses jardins Salignac-Eyvigues

Located a few kilometers from the village of Salignac-Eyvigues, the gardens of the manor of Eyrignac are considered the most beautiful French garden of Périgord.

Transmitted as an inheritance in the same family for 22 generations, they were traced in the 18th century and then transformed into the 19th century in English park, before returning to their original style in the 20th century. Today they are managed by Patrick Sermadiras, the custodian of one of the finest representations of topiary art in France, with a unique collection of more than 300 forms of vegetable suclptures and 50,000 plants of yew, boxwood and charms.

Lose yourself in the boxwood labyrinth, admire the symmetry of the charming alley layouts and discover new universes each year, such as the garden and flower garden opened in 2012 or the Jardin des sources opened in 2014.
