Château d'Arcelot
The Château d'Arcelot was built in the early and mid-18th century by the chief architect of the province, Thomas Dumorey.
Former residence of Parliamentarians, the Château d'Arcelot was the first neoclassical building of Burgundy. Centerpiece of the Château d'Arcelot: the Grand Salon. The Grand Salon was built between 1763 and 1765 by a group of Bavarian and Italian artists, and is entirely decorated with colorful stucco, unique in Burgundy (only the fireplace is real marble).
Throughout the year, the castle is open to the visit, by appointment. It is also possible to visit only the park with documentation provided.
