The RenaissanceS Festival : An unmissable event in BAR LE DUC held every year on the 1st weekend of July. This event is an original and unusual synthesis of street theater, circus and music. Every year an innovative program unleashes the magic of unusual encounters between artists and the public.
Des Flammes ... at the Light at VERDUN : A big page of our History unfolds before your eyes, in a magnificent sound and light, played by more than 550 volunteers including 300 French actors on stage, and ending on a note of hope : Reconciliation and peace.
In 1h20 the events of the Belle Epoque that will lead to the Great War. In the heart of the fighting, you immerse yourself in the "Hell of Verdun" with its daily lot of suffering and anguish. The Meuse during the Great War : Verdun and the Meuse are symbols of the First World War. From 1914 to 1918, from the Argonne to the Saillant of Saint-Mihiel, from Vauquois to the Eparges, the whole Meuse is in the front line.
