Created at the 19th century, this traditional vineyard was entirely restructured since 1996. Around the buildings, the vineyard extends on about thirty hectares, in Aspres, in the south of Perpignan, between sea and mountain on chalky clay grounds.

We practise the reasoned culture, giving way to the traditional methods, like the work of the ground, the respect of the environment, the outputs maintained weak.

The vinification and the breeding take place, on the spot, in particular cellar, in the respect of the tradition of the wine.
