MAISON ANDRE BOYER - Gourmet visit of the Nougat workshop

Founded in 1887, The House of André Boyer is one of the oldest companies in Sault en Provence, between Ventoux and Luberon. Master Confectioner and Nougat maker, it is labeled Living Heritage Company since 2017 for the excellence of its traditional know-how.

We are still producing the nougat following the original recipes, working exclusively in an artisanal way with a rigorous selection of our raw materials. At our workshop, we elaborate the white nougat, black nougat, provencal macaroons, small spelt cakes, calissons and the traditional marshmallows.
