Domaine Dominique Gruhier
The Domaine and its history begin in 1212 in the form of a wine cellar, which was exploited until the 16th century by the lay brothers under the authority of the Cistercian Abbey of Notre Dame de Quincy and then by vine growers who succeeded each other almost without interruption until 'until today.
Sold in 1792 as a national property, the estate retained its viticultural and pastoral vocation until 1970. 20 years later our family has given back to the Domaine its superb wine.
With modern winemaking equipment, a smiling and considerate team and a resolutely forward-looking vision, the Domaine de l'Abbaye is certainly not reserved for oenophiles. Between tastings, cooking classes, receptions, the organic market and concerts, the Domaine is also the meeting point for gastronomers in search of a sweet moment ...
