Here nothing has changed: the workshop is immediately noticed with its monumental fireplace with its red copper tanks, curious fireplace, screw presses, churns, charettes ...

All of the cheese maker's tools are in place : the curd slice, the milk brewing machine, the cream pocket, the cheese stone, the milk chamber with its rondots. The cellars or lined up 200 county millstones are still fragrant !
