A few kilometers south of Colmar, the Humbrecht Domaine 1619 is linked to the vineyard since the XVIIth century. The family farm extends over 8 hectares with plots that draw their wealth from different territories and produces wines and crémants (sparkling wines) of controlled origin.

Since 2010, the wines are certified in organic farming with a more environmental friendly approach by using raw materials of natural origin. The objective is to favor the perenniality of the animal species, thus promoting the natural ecosystem.

During the visit, you will discover the culture of the organic vineyard, the different stages of the winemaking process (pressing, fermentation ...), then you will experience a wine tasting of the best collection of our domain accompanied by a slice of kougelhopf.
